  1. A tamper proof CCTV shall be in use at the premises at all times when the venue is operating. This CCTV system shall be used and maintained in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions.
  2. CCTV images shall be retained for a period of at least 28 days and those images shall be made available upon request by an officer of the responsible authorities.
  3. An age verification scheme, such as ‘Challenge 25’ shall be in operation at all times when the sale of alcohol is taking place. A notice displaying such a scheme is in operation shall be displayed at the point of sale.
  4. Staff shall receive suitable training in matters relevant to the licensing objectives and a copy of the training records shall be kept up to date and maintained by the licensee.
  5. No sales to under age or outside of selling hours.
  6. Training sessions for staff.
  7. Not sell alcohol to anyone who is clearly drunk.
  8. Alcohol not to be consumed on premises but intended for sale for home consumption.
  9. Alcohol kept behind counter out of reach.
