Licence conditions (17)

When a disc jockey is used he/she shall ask customers to "leave quietly".
All incidents of crime and disorder shall be reported to the police and shall be recorded in an incident log.
When regulated entertainment, other than background music, is taking place at the premises there shall be patrols externally to limit any noise pollution.
Notices shall be displayed asking customers to respect the neighbours when leaving the premises.
Authorised use of all external areas shall cease as 23:00 hours with the exception of the garden patio area only, that may be used by customers wishing to smoke.
Clear and legible signs shall be erected in a conspicuous position requesting customers not to take bottles and glasses off the premises.
The premises shall operate in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. Whilst alcohol may be sold to persons aged 18 years or over, any person who appears under 25 years of age shall be required to provide proof of age using an acceptable form of ID.
Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance(s) and inside at the premises bar servery area. In addition, signs shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position, both inside and outside of the premises, warning adults that it is an offence to buy alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
The only acceptable forms of ID that may be accepted in respect of the sale of alcohol shall be a: o proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram logo; o passport; o UK photo driving licence; or o other ID with the prior written approval of the Licensing Authority. CONDITIONS 1 TO 3 ABOVE WAS IMPOSED BY THE LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE ON 12 FEBRUARY 2009
All drinks shall be served in polycarbonate containers on occasions and on dates as ordered by the Police when there are special events. This will necessitate the decanting of glass bottles into polycarbonate containers as and when necessary.
The premises shall conduct premises and events specific risk assessments which would cover licensable activities/entertainment provided at the premises. This would include floor space, number of toilets and available fire exits, and will take into account members of staff necessary to deal with persons attending the venue.
The CCTV system serving the premises shall be suitable for evidential purposes and shall be: a. be maintained fully operational and in good working order at all times; b. make and retain clear images of the interior of the premises; c. show an accurate date and time that the recordings were made and all images shall be retained for a period of not less than 31 days.
The original, or a copy of the CCTV recording, shall be provided upon demand to any police officer, community support officer or authorised person.
Copies of the CCTV recordings shall be provided in a format that can be viewed on readily available equipment without the need for specialist software.
No furniture will be permitted on the forecourt and customers will not be permitted to take bottles or glasses onto the forecourt.
The fencing to the rear garden shall be made secure and thereafter maintained secure and entrance to the garden by customers shall only be via the premises.
Noise emanating from the premises shall be inaudible at the façade (façade meaning the elevation or elevations of buildings used for habitation that face towards the licensed premises) of nearby residential properties. CONDITIONS 4 TO 11 ABOVE WERE IMPOSED BY THE LICENSING SUB-COMMITTEE ON 8 JULY 2010
