  2. a)General:
  3. We will operate our premises in a responsible manner at all times and actively promote the licensing objectives.
  4. The additional conditions at b) to e) below shall apply to the operation of the take away servery only.
  5. b) The Prevention of crime and disorder:
  6. CCTV is installed and will be operational at all times the premises are open. Images will be produced to the police or an authorised officer of the council on request within 24 hours.
  7. A sign will be prominently displayed asking customers to leave quietly and not loiter outside the shop.
  8. Customers will be served in turn and advised of the waiting times for their food.
  9. c) Public Safety:
  10. The shop and outside are well lit.
  11. A fire risk assessment and emergency plan will be prepared and regularly reviewed.
  12. d) Noise notices to be prominently displayed by the front door asking customers to leave quietly and not to loiter outside the premises.
  13. The shop frontage to be kept tidy at all times.
  14. e) The Protection of children from harm:
  15. No unaccompanied children under 16 allowed on the take away premises during licensed hours.
  16. (1) Conditions carried over from: Licensing Act 1964 (Justices 'Restaurant' Licence) and also:Condition 1(a): Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to:a. persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.Condition 2: Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor-including drinking water-shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
  17. Annex 1 - Mandatory conditions
  18. Licensing Act 2003, Section 19: Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol(1) Where a premises licence authorises the supply of alcohol, the licence must include the following conditions. (2) The first condition is that no supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.(3) The second condition is that every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

  21. No crime and disorder. Credit card fraud are prevented using PIN system.
  22. Public Safety:
  23. Fire exits are well signed and posted. Emergency lighting is fitted in case of a power cut.
  24. The Prevention of Public Nuisance:
  25. A sign will state that "Please leave premises quietly". Please dispose of your waste in bins provided. Please respect neighbouring residents and customers.
  26. The Protection of Children from Harm:· Inadequately supervised or unsupervised children will not be allowed to premises and will not be served.
