  1. a) General - all four licensing objectives
  2. 1.The premises will have full CCTV system.
  3. 2. An incident book will be maintained with full details of all the incidents .
  4. 3.ID of young people will be checked before selling alcohol.
  5. 4.Warning notices will be displayed as and when required .
  6. 5. Experienced staff will be employed at all the times .
  7. 6. License holder will be actively engaged in trading and supervision of activities of the premises .
  8. b) The prevention of crime and disorder
  9. 1. No customers will be allowed to enter with open bottles of alcohol.
  10. 2.No customer will be allowed to consume alcohol within the premises
  11. 3. The shop will operate 24 hours CCTV system .
  12. 4. An incident book will be maintained and any incident will be promptly notified to the authorities.
  13. 5. Experienced and appropriate staff will be employed all the days after 18:00 pm
  14. c) Public safety
  15. 1. The premises will be thoroughly checked by license holders and experienced staff before opening for trading .
  16. 2. All rubbish will be removed from the premises and outside the premises promptly as and when required.
  17. 3. Electrical system of the premises will be checked regularly and reports and certificates will be maintained .
  18. 4. Safety certificates and inspection reports will be maintained and displayed regularly.
  19. d) The prevention of public nuisance
  20. 1. Rubbish bins will be kept closed properly , at the rear of premises and away from public access.
  21. 2.Fire exit notices will be displayed clear and visible
  22. 3.All the incidents will be reported to the authorities in the first instances without delay.
  23. 4. No smoking notice will be displayed inside the premises .
  24. 5. Minimum noise will be maintained inside the premises.
  25. e) The protection of children from harm
  26. 1. Exhibiting a restriction of where and if children are allowed in the premises.
  27. 2. A time restriction allowing children in the premises
  28. 3. Incidents must be reported promptly to the relevant authorities
  29. 4. Age limit will be displayed to sell alcohol
