Licence conditions (13)
- Conditions carried over from Licencing Act 1964 (Justices' 'Restaurant' Licence):
- There shall be no sale or consumption of intoxicating liquor on the premises under the authority of this licence at anytime when there are more than 100 persons in all on the premises.
- There shall be no sale or consumption of intoxicating liquor on the premises under the authority of this licence unless there is in existance a subsisting right of way fo means of escape through out the escape marked 'escape A' on the plan number 840/3 produced to the Justices.
- Con 1(a). Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to:
- a. persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to his meal.
- Con 2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor-including drinking water-shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
- Conditions subject to which licence has been granted:
- General:
