  1. General:
  2. Each member shall gain entry to the premises by use is a card entry system.
  3. A record of all members shall be kept on the premises. Prevention of Crime and Disorder:
  4. The manager,chairman or other responsible person must liaise regularly with the Local Police Authority, Licensing Authority or Neighbourhood Watch scheme, and adopt best practices, in order to keep instances of crime and disorder to a minimum.
  5. CCTV shall be installed and kept in good working order at all times. The CCTV shall be continually recording and all images retained by way of video or a digital system for a minimum of thirty one days. The Licensing Authority and local Police Authority shall have access to these images at all reasonable times. Public Safety
  6. Safety appliances and Electrical systems shall be tested at least once in any 12 month period, and certification obtained stating that the appliances tested are in a satisfactory condition. Relevant certificates shall be retained and presented for inspection at the request of an officer of the Licensing Authority, Local Police or Fire Authority or any other relevant person.   7. Prominent, clear notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises and the area quietly.
  8. The volume of music or sound shall be controlled so that no noise is audible within noise-sensitive dwellings. Protection of Children from Harm
  9. Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
