  1. The premises shall maintain a written risk assessment regarding the use of security staff. A copy shall be made available to an authorised officer on request.
  2. CCTV around the entire premise.
  3. Proof of age policy.
  4. Anti-drugs policy.
  5. Adequate provisions for the safe movement of disabled persons around the premise.
  6. Decibel reader and noise limiters fitted.
  7. Fireworks or pyrotechnics not permitted on site.
  8. Proof of age policy - to challenge 25 where an individual does not appear to be old enough to be served alcohol or falls in the 25 category.
  9. Request adult supervision for children when outside of the main buildings - A number of security staff are positioned constantly outside the building during the event.
