Amplified music outside shall be restricted to community events only.2. All external doors and windows shall remain closed (apart from access and egress) after 22:00 in all rooms when events involving amplified sound or live bands take place.
The Challenge 25 scheme must be operated to ensure that any person who appears to be under the age of 25 shall provide documented proof that he/she is over 18 years of age. Proof of age shall only comprise a passport, photo card driving licence, an HM Forces warrant card, or a card bearing the PASS hologram. Children must be supervised at all times by a parent/carer.
