  1. Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises shall only apply for private wine tasting purposes.
  2. All staff shall be trained on licensing law and the social impact of the sale of alcohol.
  3. The premises will mainly be laid out for the sale of wine and specialised beers. No alcopops or mainstream beers or liquors shall be available for sale.
  4. Any person not looking to be age over 21 years shall be required to prove they are over
  5. Acceptable forms of ID shall be passport, driving licence, or an approved PASS logo proof of age card. A refusal book shall be maintained.
  6. Prominent signage shall be maintained throughout the store confirming the minimum legal age for the sale of alcohol.
