The premises must install, operate and maintain a comprehensive digital colour CCTV system. All public areas of the licensed premises, including all public entry and exit points, will be covered, enabling facial identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV cameras must continually record while the premises are open to the public and recording must be kept available and unedited for a minimum of 31 days with date and time stamping. Recordings must be made available immediately upon the request of a Police officer or an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority and a member of staff capable of downloading images must be on duty at all times the premises are open to the public.. Any footage must be in a format that can be played back on a standard personal computer or standard DVD player. Where the recording is on a removable medium (i.e. compact disc, flash card etc.), a secure storage system to store those recording mediums must be provided. 2. Notices must be displayed advising customers of the permitted hours. 3. All staff must be trained for their role on induction and at regular intervals of six months thereafter. Training will include identifying persons under 25, making a challenge, acceptable proof of age, making and recording a refusal, avoiding conflict, the prevention of disorderly behaviour, responsible alcohol retailing and the conditions in force under this licence. Written training records must be kept and made available on request to an authorised officer.4. The premises will actively engage with and work with the police safer neighbourhood team.5. The premises licence holder must ensure that all employees have the right to work in the UK.
An incident log shall be kept at the premises, and made available on request to an authorised officer of the City Council or the Police, which will record the following:(a) all crimes reported to the venue(b) all ejections of patrons(c) any complaints received regards crime and disorder(d) any incidents of disorder(e) seizures of drugs or offensive weapons(f) any refusal of the sale of alcohol7. The DPS will undertake routine monitoring of the refusals records and record that this has been done.
Suitable signage must be displayed at the point of exit advising customers leave the premises quietly.9. Deliveries to the premises must only be made during normal working hours.
Where a person appears to be under the age 25, identification in the form of passport, photo driving license or a proof of age card bearing the pass hologram must be sought and if not provided service of alcohol will be refused. Suitable signage must be displayed at the point of entry and at the service area advising customers that the premises operates the "challenge 25"proof of age scheme.
