- The following non standard timings shall be applicable for all licensable activities: Christmas Eve, Boxing Night and New Years Eve together with Saturday and Sundays preceding any Bank holiday Monday the terminal hour shall be 00.30 the following morning. CCTV coverage shall be provided in the form of a recordable system, capable of providing images of evidential quality in all lighting conditions. Cameras shall encompass all ingress and egress to the premises and all areas where the sale/ supply of alcohol occurs and the public have access to. External cameras will cover the front of the premises and the outside seating area including any smoking areas. Equipment shall be maintained in good working order and checked every 12 months. The system shall record in real time and operate whilst the premises are open for licensable activities. The recordings shall be kept available for a period of 31 days and handed to Police on request. There will be sufficient members of trained staff available to be able to download evidence with the minimum of delay. The Recording equipment shall be kept in a secure environment under the control of the Premises Licence Holder or other responsible named individual. Customers shall be actively encouraged to leave the premises quietly. Children accompanied by an adult, shall be allowed on the premises until 20.30 after which time no children shall be allowed on the premises. All members of staff at the premises shall seek credible photographic proof of age evidence from any such person who appears to be under the age of 21 years and who is seeking to purchase alcohol.
