- The premises will work in conjunction with the arcades management and professional security officers who are on site during all opening hours.
- All employees shall be given appropriate Instruction, training and supervision and must be familiar with all current operational policies.
- The bar will operate a zero tolerance policy to any illegal activity or matters of crime or disorder.
- CCTV operates at the premises covering every area of the building.
- Security guards patrol the arcade during thehours the bar is open.
- Regular risk assessment are conducted at the arcade and premises.
- To ensure litter is controlled, ample bins are provided throughout the arcade and the purpose built enclosed rear store/access is located nowhere near any residential premise.

- All staff whose job involves the sale of alcohol will use and be aware of the company refusal log and when it should be used. The log shall show:-

- Item refused
- Reason for refusal
- ID of staff member making refusal.
- The log shall be made available to any Police Officer, Local Authority Licensing Officer, Trading Standards Officer upon request.
- The bar cannot be hired by anyone under the age of 18, and if hired for a party for someone under the age of 18, adult supervision is mandatory.
