Licence conditions (14)
  1. Challenge 25 age verification will be implemented.
  2. There will be a written drugs policy for the premises. Drugs will be kept in a locked safe in a locked room until retrieved by police officers.
  3. Staff will be trained in “ASK FOR ANGELA” to safe guard vulnerable females
  4. Staff training needs to be recorded and those records kept on site for review on request from a responsible authority.
  5. Staff training will need to be revisited every 6 months with a sign sheet to show staff have been trained and understand.
  6. CCTV recordings will be kept for 30 days and made available to any responsible authority on request under the licensable objectives. CCTV will be made available by a trained representative to use the system. This person must be contactable during opening hours at all times.
  7. Take part in the local pub watch scheme where one exists.
  8. Decision to employ SIA will sit with the DPS, who will risk assess the use of SIA for events such as large groups or live bands. This risk assessment will be available for responsible authorities on request.
  9. If the business plan changes to walk in service the security model and conditions will be varied by the DPS before any changes are made.
  10. We will have regular staff training on the seriousness of underage drinking and more importantly how to check ID accordingly.
  11. An alarm will be fitted and secure gates to prevent any break ins.
  12. Fire Alarms will be installed including all appropriate fire safety equipment.
  13. First aid kits and training will be given to staff in case of a minor accident.
  14. Relevant signage will be displayed when necessary.
