- Licensing Sub-Committee - 11 July 20141. Sales of alcohol must be pre-ordered by telephone or internet prior to delivery and such alcohol must only be delivered off the premises2. Invoices relating to delivery must be carried on the delivery vehicle and produced on request to any Police Officers or Authorised Licensing Officers of the Council.3. The premises must keep a record of all alcohol orders with the name and address of the customer ordering. This record must be produced for inspection at the request of a Police Officer or Authorised Licensing Officers of the Council, to ensure compliance with the Premises Licence conditions.4. The premises will operate a `Challenge 25` scheme, or equivalent, requiring those appearing to be 25 years or under, at the point of delivery, to be asked for accredited identification as to their age.5. A refusals book to record any refusal of the sale of alcohol.6. All staff will be fully trained and have an understanding of the regulations controlling the sale of alcohol and this training will be regularly updated.,.
