  1. All staff will be trainined in their responsibilties for the sale of alcohol under the Licensing Act 2003, this training will include underage sales and dealing with customers who are clearly intoxicated.
  2. The prevention of crime and disorder
  3. Any incidents in relation to crime and disorder will be reported through to Kent Police.
  4. Public safety
  5. Appropriate fire safety measurers are in place.
  6. All fire exits are kept clear at all times.
  7. Fire applicances are inspected annually.
  8. The prevention of public nuisance
  9. Signage will be displayed requesting customers leave the premises quietly and have respect for neighbours.
  10. The protection of children from harm
  11. A Challenge 25 Policy will be in place, and anyone who looks under the age of 25 will be asked to provide photographic evidence.
